Welcome to 'Ocean Pearl'! This home is located in the heart of Miramar Beach within walking distance of the picturesque white sand beaches. Enjoy your morning stroll to grab coffee or indulge in beachside food or drink, all within a mile of the house. If Mother Nature gets in your way, take a quick drive to the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, or Baytowne Wharf to get your shopping fix or entertain the little ones! Cap the evening off with a sunset cruise via golf cart down scenic 98!
Good to know
4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The main floor includes 1 bedroom and full bath and the main living space includes 65” TV with sectional couch and open to the kitchen/dining area. Out back features a propane fire pit seating area as well as covered patio seating with an outdoor TV and grill. Upstairs, there is a second living space with a desk for those who can’t quite escape work/school while on vacation and a twin size pull out couch. All bedrooms have smart TV’s and linens. There is a total of 8 beds (1 king, 2 queens, 2 full bunkbeds, 2 twin bunkbeds, pull-out twin). Driveway parking only, number of spaces based on size of vehicles but can accomodate 4 midsize vehicles. In the garage you’ll find a 6-seater golf cart as well as beach essentials for your stay to include beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs.
Other Details to Note
We hope you make wonderful memories here! This was previously our primary residence where we raised our 3 kids while stationed here in Northwest Florida on military orders.
